3M/AccuSpray #10 Replacement Gun

The Difference is the gun and the reason is basic. 3M™AccuSpray Guns were designed from the inside out for HVLP. Unlike other HVLP guns, ours is designed from the inside out for low pressure performance. The key is the gun's large sweeping air passages which eliminate air turbulence. Full turbine pressure is efficiently delivered without pressure loss. The result is complete atomization whether spraying waterborne or solvent-borne paints, coatings and finishes.

By comparison, most other HVLP guns are simply converted high pressure guns. They have drilled air passages with many restrictions and tight air passages. These sharp turns cause air turbulence, and hurt performance by limiting atomization.

3M/AccuSpray 1/2 Pint Cup & Parts

3M™AccuSpray now offers two different 1/2 Pint Cups. The standard 41-11 (shown) has a plastic body with a aluminum paint pick-up tube. The new 41-14 has a plastic pick-up tube. Only the 41-11 cup has available the option of purchasing replacement cups and storage caps.

10 Series ProPack

This value package features our 10 series gun with a 36-00 regulator which permits use as either a turbine gun or a compressed air gun. The ProPack includes a 10 Gun, two atomizing sets, and the 36-00 regulator.

The10 Series ProPack was designed for maximum operator flexibility in adjusting pressure where coatings are frequently changed and slight variations in atomizing pressures are used. The mini-regulator and gauge assembly provides precision control of low pressure atomizing air. It features a unique automatic shut-off so when the gun is disconnected from the assembly it is not necessary to back down the regulator to stop the airflow.
